For most businesses, booking a container shipment still means what it always has: an email to a broker, a wait for a quote, a few calls to pin down the details, and another round of messages once the paperwork needs sorting. For more complex shipments, it can also mean coordinating different providers, terminal handling and onward transport to the final destination.

Eurosender is changing that.

Container shipping, including FCL, LCL, and overland transport, is now available directly through the Eurosender platform, alongside the parcel and pallet services our customers already use.

Instead of piecing together different parts of the shipment yourself, you can manage the process through one logistics platform. Individuals and businesses can get an instant price, book transport, submit shipping documents and follow the shipment’s progress online, while our freight team coordinates the operational steps behind the booking.

Instant online pricing: Get instant container prices on supported port and rail lanes, or request a custom quote for complex routes, oversized or dangerous goods, and temperature-controlled cargo.
Book in a few steps: Choose your pickup port or rail hub, container type, unloading location, and any additional requirements in just a few steps. You can also add customs clearance stops, extra unloading stops, customs support, destination charge handling, and special cargo requirements directly while booking.
Documents linked to the shipment: Speed up the process by uploading your Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Arrival Notice directly to the shipment instead of sending them by email.
GPS-supported tracking: Track your shipment from pickup through to final delivery.
A dedicated account manager: Available for support around the clock.

One platform, start to finish

Eurosender coordinates the steps that usually involve the most back-and-forth. This can include reviewing shipping documents, coordinating container release with the port, rail hub or terminal operator, managing customs clearance and destination charges, arranging pickup and overland delivery to the final address, and coordinating unloading and the return of the empty container.

Container shipments are booked through your Eurosender account, where you can manage the shipment from one place. For companies that ship regularly, a business account adds further benefits, including consolidated invoicing, agreed payment terms and a central dashboard for managing bookings, documents, tracking and invoices.

Why this is a big step for us?

Container transport was the last major part of our service that still ran mostly offline. Bringing it onto the platform means a customer can now book a pallet delivery, a parcel shipment, and a container transport through the same account, with the same visibility and the same support team behind all of it.
